Which is better capcom or snk

Vampire Savior is fantastic, but it's no KOF 97,98,, Come on, 3 man teams was unheard of in and SNK did it! Marvel Vs. Capcom is and probably will always be my favorite 2d fighter. Capcom were better, SVC is still a very good game. To see all those games running on MVS hardware is something special, it amazes me everytime I boot up on my 4 slot that 10 year old hardware was able to look and play as good as it did.

SNK had some amazing programmers. If I go with my heart where the nostalgia weighs heavy I would say Capcom It was 94 and I was 17years young hanging out at the Landmark Lanes Arcade, 3Bars of which I had many great nights of drinking in my early 20's and a old school 60's bowling alley and nice size arcade which had a weird smell that you came to accept as part of the ambiance, all of this located in what is basically the basement to a historic movie theater known as The Oriental anyone from Milwaukee or more specifically the East Side near the Lake knows of these hollow sacred grounds for legendary battles of 2d button crunching.

Thats where I spent many pennies getting taught the ways for every friend I beat, another stranger took me to the house and cleaned me out, I had no shame in losing it was a zen learning experince. But from an honest non-bias perspective I'm with here I have to go with SNK, when your company devotes that much effort to making that many quality fighters you must have sold your the rights to your soul to some video game deities.

All fighter games suck!! There ya go! Someone had to say it.. After reading RedGlass's post, Capcom would be my favorite for nostalgia purposes. You can post now and register later. You can play in the Tourney mode, which brings your chosen fighter on their personal journey, fighting their way through the SNK and Capcom roster.

Since SNK vs Capcom: The Match of the Millennium is an emulation of a handheld game, there are a lot of setting available to make the most of your game. You can choose to play the game in a virtual border, with a NeoGeo Pocket Color working as a visual border.

In fact, you can even change the skins out to your preferred style of the handheld system. You can even do away with the border altogether, and zoom the screen in to make the on-screen action as large as possible. There are also options to rewind the last few moments of play, so you can undo any moves you might regret.

I definitely recommend SNK vs. It might not be a modern fighting game, but SNK managed to make one of the best handheld fighting games of its generation, and while still semi-obscure, is now available on a much wider scale. SNK vs. If you like the video game, tabletop, or other technology content that Third Coast Review has to offer, consider donating to our Patreon. Thats where I got my info from. Kinda like real bout was. In "series" i mean FF 1, 2, special, 3 ect. FF 4 or garou 4 would be the next game in the FF series officially.

FF 1, 2 Special and 3. Just like Real bout wasn't as well. It was a separate series. Just like SF 3 isn't in the alpha series ect. Arika making the SF ex series is a perfect example of this BTW I probably know more japanese than you do thank you. You should work on your english, Just by some of the words I have seen you muck up.

Seriously, Gill's an excellent boss character, much moreso than say, Krizalid or whatever the KoF99 boss is called and Kain Mark of the Wolves.

I'd say Capcom has the edge, especially if you count their other series, like DarkStalkers Jedah , the vs. I know that. Anyway's I heard magic box talking about the teams going to capcom ect. Rumor or not I hope it's true. I think Gill's a good boss too. I mean he is Going to take over the world, "I am your god! Much more tyranic than say some guy in the SNK world that want's to take over South Town, lol Gill is just a very cheap boss Ok, lol.

Or it would be like saying SF 3 isn't part of the Alpha series, It's not is it? FF 1, 2, Special 3. Ya know? I meant the FF sereis as in FF 1, 2, special, 3. So that makes it a seperate sereis right? What version do you have? I have the MVS cart and don't remember it saying "7th episode" anywhere. You ought to smack yourself for that.

You know better. The friggin opening song says so. The opening of that shit crap KOF 99 says it's the begining of something new. Ya kinds put your foot in yor mouth by referencing 99 my friend. You think there is ONE way to Romanize japanese? You have alot to learn. I can think of 6 way's you can romanize some jap words. I meant speach, Not typing it online in english. Or it would be like saying SF 3 isn't part of the Alpha series, It's : not is it?

You might want to read up on analogies. Which isn't what you said I can confirm this. I have the MVS cart. The first thing you see is "7th Episode of Fatal Fury. I just realized the way I arranged this was kind of misleading as to my actual menaing.

And yes there are several methods of Roomaji including the Hepburn and kunrei systems, among others. But adding an extra "i" when there isn't any isn't one of them. It's "kowai" no matter how you romanize it. Then there is "way's" "speach" and random capitalization in the middle of sentences, and the sentence fragment starting with "Not.

Only those that are clueless or have no respect for the Japanese would ever call anything "jap. Ok so I miss spelled it, God damn, lol. I was refering to speaking japanese when he tried to talk down to me, Like I didn't know that garou densetsu ment fatal fury, I don't write japanese in english much.

Even I don't know, And that's pretty bad. Oh ok. Yea its there. Small text. I almost always click thru the intros though. Since I dont like watching them over and over, Guess I forgot it said that. I just don't like fighting some guy in his underwear. Gill should have some shame. I also don't like his voice, it gets on my nerves. I just find him boring, but to each his own.

Maybe he means to say "Ore ga kawaii no ka. They just gotta look out for the full moon. It is the same on the DC, but you also get the cool anime intro on the DC. My favorite picture is the one of Vice, Mature, and Shermie. I am still trying to figure out what is going on in the picture of the 97 Special Team though.

Whatever Blue Mary is saying just looks so dirty. That is why all the dead characters are in it. I don't remember reading anything about it there. Maybe something that they thought might happen. They wanted Fatal Fury to be a trilogy, 1, 2, and 3. Fatal Fury Special is not part of the story and that is why Geese is back in that one, when he dosen't officially return until KOF96 or Fatal Fury 3, I can't really remember.

So that means there will never be another FF game in the same timeframe as the others? But I mis the old ones Where did Rick Strowd go? He was a bad ass in RB 2. Geese died for good at the end of Fatal Fury 3 when he fell off of the Tower. Real Bout 1 and 2 were Terry fighting Geese in his dreams I think.

SNK is basically phasing out all of the old characters. I like the old characters better myself, but you can't stay in the past I guess.

You will always have the old games to enjoy them on. The SF3 characters seem to be lacking charisma or personality or something. Oh yeah, I remember that.

Actually, I forgot the site, but someone has all the pics of the special team endings. I don't like Pulstar. Yeah, in the Real Bout CD. But I only found that out after visiting my friend. It doesn't mean fatal fury. It means "legend of the hungry wolf".

Hey, don't laugh. Wow, that was a really dirty thing to say. Don't tell anyone I said that, OK? BTW, I didn't mean to start a fight with you. I probly know 10 neogeo gamers that have different ideas on the things in the neo universe, So mabye no one is right, I was just saying what I thought. I wish they let Athena sing in that game, like in KOF95, that was the best. Krauser took over as the main boss. Sleep well! In FF2 and Special, it sounded downright evil.

Geese is back in SNK vs. Capcom, though I'm guessing that this storyline "didn't really happen", given that it's more of a dream match. Reply to author. Report message as abuse. The question applies only to 2D Fighters If you could only own 2D fighters from one company, which would it be? Takeo Shimizu. Welp, SF3 series are really nice though.
